130 g butter
190 g sugar candy
1 Tbsp. of milk
220 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
150 g dark chocolate
- Allow the butter to soften at room temperature. Cut the softened butter into small cubes and mix them with the sugar. Use a food processor or mixer for this.
- While mixing, add the egg and milk.
- Sift the flour and the baking powder together and mix them into the batter.
- Break the chocolate into bits. Mix half of the bits of chocolate into the batter.
- Put the mixture on baking paper and spread it with a fork. Sprinkle the remaining bits of chocolate on top.
- Place the entire work, including the baking paper, in the My Express appliance. Close the lid and allow to bake for +/- 20 min
