Ingredients
- 12 slices of pancetta
- 1 cup of chestnut mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves
- dash of white wine
- parsley
- butter
Preparation
- Fry the slices of pancetta on the teppanyaki plate until nice and crispy.
- Peel the garlic and cut the cloves into small pieces.
- Clean the mushrooms and cut them into quarters.
- Heat a bit of butter on the teppanyaki plate and fry the mushrooms with the garlic and parsley for a few minutes.
- Deglaze the mushrooms with a dash of white wine.
